Terms of Service — Sam

Sam is a private personal automation assistant intended solely for use by its owner and specifically authorized persons. It is not a public or commercial service.

Authorized use

Access to Sam and its connected services is limited to the owner or persons the owner expressly authorizes. No public account creation or public service is offered.

Connected services

Sam may interact with third-party services, including Google services, only after the owner grants the necessary permissions. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and policies.

No warranty

Sam is provided for personal convenience. Automated summaries, recommendations, searches, and actions may contain errors and should be reviewed when important decisions are involved.

Use of Google user data is described in Sam's Privacy Policy.
